These 2 shots are from last Saturday, on an off-shoot of the Lamb Creek FSR - just south of Cranbrook in the Purcells. We're in the Lamb Creek Fire burn area.
T'was a glorious day for a ride - watch out for the bears though, they're in predator mode- the elk are calving and Yogi's tired of salad (dandylions) and looking for red meat (elk calves)
We're looking north-east - that's the the Rockies in the background, Monroe, Mineral and Moyie lakes are just out of sight, below us to the right.
