You can also meet the lower island people at the Loghouse pub on Wednesday night (expect for this week as Weds is Halloween, so we be there on Thursday @ 7 - 7:15pm). If the weather is good we also do a short road ride (pre-meeting) leaving from S & M Cycle on Peatt road (Langford)..

Welcome to the site Gamby, as TG6 said feel free to join us at our weekly get together. Also as c337b said we're having our 2nd annual year end banquet for the south island group. Itwould be a great place to meet alot of fellow riders...oh...and of course everyone on the island is invited to the banquet as well:D

Here's the skinny, property is expensive, so storage is expensive. Mine is great and fits 2 bikes and about 1/2 a race bike in spares, but it's nearly $100/month after tax. It's pretty necessary since I live in an apt. and travel a lot for work. But I'm moning into my new house in February......WITH A GARAGE!

I'm just bombing around with the dirtbike only types right now. Welcome to the island. Best place in the world, no question.
