Weekend Rides??

Whos riding, and where? Looks like Saturday is going to be super nice.

I wouldn't mind seeing more of the Burnt Bridge area if its clear of snow now. Or even get up to Oliphant Lake, as last time we were there there was to much of that white stuff to get up there. Unfortunatly I am only open on Saturday.

I would also love to see another lady rider out playing as well. ( Pam? Kiwi?? Sherpagirl?)


Don't forget out clocks get turned ahead on Sunday morning!! Yippee more rididng time!!!

Lots of ideas .... For an easy ride, how about Mill Bay behind Serious Coffee? There are many trails, powerlinesand miles of logging roads to practice on.
There is even a cave to explore near Oliphant Lake!

Saturday?.......Timbos Millstream at 10, Serious Coffee Mill Bay at 1030 work for everyone?

I finally have a plated bike and can't wait to get out on the easier rides. I am stuck at work the next few Saturdays, but if you can get out on a Sunday, drop me a line.:hf: Think we need to plan another family day up at Melrose pit in the near future, too.

Love the new bike, butI need more practice! I am still getting used to having mirrors and lights - just more things to knock off.Family ride would be great - maybe after Easter. Have fun on Saturday. I think I'll take the bike to work on Saturday (even though it is only 3km from our house!).

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who came out for the ride today. Extra big thank you for helping me load and unload the bike.

The pits we got asked to leave the first place we were in this morning, but what can you do eh?? Was made quite clear that it was private property, even under the power lines, and that we were not welcome riding there any longer.The land that we can ride on is slowly diminishing, sad part is it's to more housing than anything else. C'est la vie!

Thanks again gang! Was a pleasure meeting you Sherpagirl, and HIGHWAY, we will have to get together again soon.
