The Bus will be travelling to Vancouver Island to the Orca Run

For your guys that don't have KLR's with all the bags, but would like to ride to the event. I have the solution for you.

No there is no room for your bike:(........ but I can take some of your gear. Now you can miss the ferry line up and have a nice ride to the start of the event.

What could be better than riding with no gear to an event, then voila all your stuff is there.

Duncan or Mill Bay for a Gov't Liquor Store or a pub for off sales in Shawnigan Lake Village.

I'm on the hamburgers and smokies. Say 16 of each...

Cool! It looks like I made it on the bus list.

I can bring all the stuff for making one of the dinners if that works for everybody.

I was thinking ofdoing something different than burgers and smokies.

Let me know if that is OK with the group.

Great. I'll take two yes answers as a Green light. I'll be responsible for sorting out Fri. dinner.

Neil: perhaps you couldadjust your burger/smokie order down a bit as they won't be needed Fri night.

Tom: any chance you could chuck a big pot in the back of the bus?

Cheers,

Paul N.

I suspect I could get by with a barbecue. I'll bring my backpacking single burner stove as a back up.
