Our plan is to take 3 bikes toLillooet on our first day out, then look for some good combined road/gravel runs, witha fewtrails thrown in.
We have some limitations: one of the riders is on a KLR, so the difficult technical stuff is out. The other, somewhat braver riders will be on two old ATKs.
Anysuggestions for routes andgood valueaccomodation in Lillooet and Pemberton? We'll be going over the July 1 weekend.
Thanks for any info.

I just posted a similar request a couple of weeks back and got no response. Depending where you are coming from(Van?) i would suggest the highline route from Pemberton/Darcy over to Lillooet or the Hurley pass from Pemberton to Gold Bridge/Lillooet. There is is nice BC hydro campsite 5 km out of Lillooet on 99(back up the Duffy) I may be there Sat. night myself. Could not get Friday off to go to the Dead Zone. I am sure there are hotels in that area.
I have been up the Yalacom FSR years ago, can't remember how far we went up.
The Highline and the Hurley pass are KLR friendly.
I'll keep an eye out for you, supposed to be sunny and Hot! 30+ Beer will taste good at the end of the day. Cheers Roscoe:hb:

Thanks for the info., it helps.
The trip got delayed due to vacation recheduling, but our plan is still access the great outdoors in these areas. The new postings with the photos of Gold Bridge, etc. were great.

A bunch of us (5 GS's and 1 KTM 950) did the road from D'Arcy to Seton a couple weeks ago. It is in great shape and there are a few camping sites along the way. You can gas up in D'Arcy at the General Store. The road begins on the other side of the tracks behind the store.

Great photos!
Thanks for the travel info. Do you by any chance remember if the general store had premium gas?

I think it did. Can't remember. We all filled up at the Petro-Scam in Pemberton. It's not that far really to Lilloett where you can fill up again.
