Check out Bruce's Market on sundays around 9am.

Check out Westwood Plateau the end of eagle Mountain Drive, this is in Coquitlam.

This is a short ride to the Bunzen lake veiw point.

The Stave lake roads are easy but watch out for traffic.

When I get my bike on the road I will pm you for some ride time.

Great stuff, thanks for the reply, Ive done lots of mountain biking in the area but nothing on a motorbike.

Did thepemberton/duffy lake road/merrit/hope loop on sat, just to finish running in the bikes engine, all road but a fun route, cant wait to hit some trails though, PM me when your good to go. Cheers
