ktm 525 small ball bearings stuck to my drain bolt
Thought i'd share this incase anyone else has the same issue...
Turns out it wasnt a big deal to fix...
$10 part, a clutch cover gasket and some oil
Its the shifter drum detent arm 'pizza cutter' below the clutch

That part is called the KTM Locking Lever, and is a very documented problem. It was updated to a solid wheel instead of the bearing around the mid 2007 RFS models.
The updated part is the top one.
