I have to hand it to Josh, the owner of RSD. My custom order turned out all wrong, but he did right by me.
I ordered a mesh jacket in mid May and went to pick it up today. The supplier had made the jacket out of the wrong mesh, and the wrong colour too. Josh offered to have it re-ordered as a rush, but I have a road trip coming up and just don't have time to wait any longer.
Despite the problem being caused by his supplier, he demonstrated excellent customer care, and I recieved a full refund. Thanks Josh, I'll be back again!
