Slocan to Fauquier/Koch Creek powerline road

I was thinking about running the powerline road to Fauqiuer next week. Has anyone been through there lately? Any word on road condition? Any advice for someone who has never done it, and would likely be doing it solo?

not sure about current condition, dont know anyone who has been on it this year. my friend did it in his 4wd tercel once, so its not overly technical but few loose rocky spots. let someone know where you are and check in with them after....no cell service up there. post a trip report too.

The "road" may be rougher this year due to the higher than normal snowpack followed by the VERY WET spring.
