Bike Show

Any one in the Kelowna area headed down to the bike show. I am going on the bus on Sat. This is the one sponsered by the Kelowna and Dist. safety council. Apparently there is no room lefton the Sat bus, but there might be on the Sunday bus.

Also BMW Kelowna has a bus heading down on Sunday.

Hope to see some of you there....Maybe we can get together for a coffee or something.

Make sure you drop by the 5thgear/DualsportBC booth and say hi to the people there.

3 of us from Penticton that I know of are heading down on Sat and we'llstay through to Sunday as well. I think I still have your cell number from a ride last spring (4731?) Any body looking to ride a new bike home and need a lift or anything?

ill be going to the OKANAGAN BIKE EXPO on feb22nd -feb24th,at PROSPERA place..all the bike shops in the okanagan will be there... with a beer garden-and strippers supplied by SLACK ALICES..a freestyle moto/cross show and super/moto race will be held as well as custom bikes and a surprise CEO will be there for an announcement; KELOWNA will be the new manifacturing facility for BMW/HUSQUARVNA...DUCATI will present their new sexymodels with those sexy'nude' models...andHARLEY will be represented.. show-caseing their new ''dual-sport''[a 1000cc,80 hp 350lb,v-twin dirt-oriented -tourer called the V-SOD]......ticket price includes wine tour and spa and $10 dollar gift certificate to starbucks...this is just a HOOT, but i dont see why this cant happen.. we have a population [combined] of 250,000...and not all of us drive SUVs yknow..
