The bus will be leaving Surrey at 05:00 Saturday June 21st. Returning around 20:00 Sunday.

No more trail-building; our focus is on confirming the accuracy of the roll-charts that Judy and Tom have put together.

We'llneed riders to do the entire C course, as well as the B route, and also the B route with the A options.

I've booked two cabins and an RV site for the Saturday night.

    Bus riders:

    1. Tom
    2. Mark
    3. Mike
    4. Neil
    5. Bob
    6. Ted
    7. Bren

    Own transport:

Paul is in his own vehicle. Doug is too. John, Judy & the dag also.

    Cabin 1:

    1. Mark
    2. Neil
    3. Bob
    Cabin 2:

    1. Judy
    2. John
    3. dag
    Cabin 3:

    1. Doug (do you really need a cabin to yourself?)
    Bus bunks:

    1. Tom
    2. Mike
    3. Ted
    Camping:

    1. Paul
    2. Bren
All are welcome! We can use more help. If you want to book a cabin or RV site directly, then the Acacia is 1-800-833-7508. Always room for a tent... Might still be space in a transport vehicle...

    Thanks!

    Hi Tom,

Like to join in and help out if there is space enough for one more bike in the bus.
Wouldn't mind checking out the C loop with Judy. Could one more person sleep on the bus somewhere? I wonder if a hammock could hang up some where??

    Thanks

I think Paul is taking his own truck on Friday so I am sure we can squeeze you in.

    Hey Tom,

Paul does not need a spot in a cabin. I'll be in the tree house.

No problem with the bed in the cabin Paul, if someone doesnt take it, I will. Remember to bring your earplugs so you dont have to listen to the trains go by. And some Leeks, sausage, applejuice........mmmm

hmm im actually looking forward to trying that nasty hillclimb again, and having you ALL join me. (bob,....if it's named after you, then yes,....... to save yerself from the scorn,......you gotta try it, or at least look at it.)

Here are a couple of photos from the "C" loop pre-ride that we did on June 21. This will give you an idea of some of the things to expect on this route.

I think the water crossings will be a welcome relief as it's going to be HOT this weekend.

If you are lucky you will get to see a Bear.

Another beautiful sight are the wild horses at the base of the mine. They are always there. Ride carefully and cautiously as they spook easily. Watch for the new foals.

The fantastic view near the end of the route

Thanks to everyone who participated in this pre-ride.

I think he had the toughest day.
