    A caterer will be on site for this years event!

    All sales cash only please



    Vancouver Island Event Catering will arrive on site and will be open for business by 11:00 am on Friday the 7 of May until 11:00 am Sunday!

    .

    Breakfast- Served from 630am to 10am Saturday and Sunday

    Orange juice or milk
    Granola bars
    Muffins or danishes
    Pancakes with syrup 3
    Wakey Wakey breakfast sandwich
    (Texas toast with eggs, cheese, and ham)



    Lunch and dinner for Friday and Saturday

    Western:

    Fresh cut fries
    Gravy
    Extreme poutine
    Fresh ground chuck cheeseburger
    Fresh ground chuck deluxe burger
    Deluxe chicken burger
    Granola bars and chocolate bars
    Blue raspberry slushy
    Iced Caps
    Cold drinks/water

    Eastern:

    Vegetable pakora
    Curried dahl and basmati rice
    Curried chicken and basmati rice
    Butter chicken and basmati rice
    Chicken vindaloo and basmati rice



    DINNER MENU FOR SATURDAY 5:30 to 7:30
    SET MENU- included with event entry


    Artisan dinner rolls

    Spring mix w/dressings

    Cesear salad

    Rosemary roasted chicken breast w/lemon garlic sauce

    Pasta w/ragu sauce and fresh herbs

    Down home mashed potatoes and gravy

    Green beans

    Baby carrots with dill butter

    I went to the zoo the other day. The only animal there was a dog. For sure it was a Shitzoo.

    Kidagin & I checked out the food from our caterer on the way home from the Orca Run work party today. We give it two tumbs up

    never been up north yet...will the caterer take USD? Do most stores? I don't want to deal with exchanging if I don't have to! I'll take change in Canadian though.
