Just wanted to drop this post to thank all who organized the C route for allowing us to join your groupon the pre ride this morning! Itis a great route, and the directions were very easy to follow. Sorry to say I wont be joining you all in the Orca run, but at least I got to ride some of it today.

    Thanks

Does anybody know how to post a video to the forum? t rev

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

Edit by buck... posting the answer from Jetdog

The easiest method is to first upload the vid to YouTube as then you don't have to worry about encoding it for public usage. Once it's on YouTube you can then justcopy the url of the page (It usually resembles something like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNDTMd17CUo).

Click on the Flash icon on the post window (looks like a red f). A pop up window will ask what url to use. Paste the URL you copied above and bob's your uncle. You should see the video embedded in the page when you preview.

Did the A/B stuff with a few friends, had a great time! Also rode on Friday and Sunday, got to do some exploring of the area. Sooo many great trails around the campground to ride.

We had a great time and here are a few of the pictures I took.

    Camp

Powerline where we had 3 crashes but no one hurt.

    Crash #1

    Crash #2

Unofficial Lunch Break but we were hungry. The food was very good but the service was no great BUT it was only the 2nd day they were open, so it should improve.

Crash #3 missed the crash but here are the socks drying during lunch.

More riding after lunch and then it started to rain.

Back to Camp for a great Dinner and talk about the days ride.
    Can't wait for next year.

    Cheers

Can you move this to the Orca Picture thread. I did not mean for it to be it own thread.

    Thanks

The only thing sharper than a piece of shale to cause a flat tire ? The wit and humour, and no I'm not gonna lick my earplugs to make them easier to get in.

A little rain after the ride then bright sun, priceless.

Drew, great pics, especially when you're riding. What exactly was that rig you had for your camera?

I use a Nikon Retractable Rangefinder Tether (link below). I connect it to my jacket. It works great. I don't have to worry about dropping my camera while riding. Send me a email and I can send you a link to my google photo album. There are a more pictures then what I posted here.
