2011 Vancouver Motorcycle Show Meeting 1

    Tuesday November 2 2011 7PM

    Barons Pub
    9568 192 Street
    Langley

Flyn has offered his expertise to head up the show organisation, so now he just needs his helpers. If you have something to offer or just want to come on out and see whats going on come on by. This first meeting is to start the process of creating the display and see who can do what.

Hope to see some of you out there

I couldn't make it to the meeting but I'm still committed to helping out in any way I can. I'm available to help build the booth as well as man it at the show. I'd be very interested in knowing what decisions and arrangements were made at the meeting. Can somebody who was at the meeting enlighten me here?

We have an 8'X10' rectangle to fill with DSBC ideas, nothing concrete so far. First meeting was just rocking ideas back and forth.

    Cheers, A.

Sunday, November 21 , Cycleshow meeting 2 , I'm going to plan the next meeting at Bruces Market 9:00 am. Post up if you can make it or if you have some creative ideas. We are still trying to get a theme for our booth. Some ideas I had . Position a dsbc bike like a toy rocking horse - booth would look like an oversized play room. Theme would be (quit playing around andAttachment 4658 get out and ride with us) replace horse with motorcycle, no riders

If you guys will be displaying a video (no water crossings / asphalt burnouts / mudbogging), I would suggest connecting with Ian (Westcoast Rider) http://www.dualsportbc.com/forums/sh...iding-so-great

What about responsible, slow water crossings? Puddles should be crossed without the front wheel in the air, creeks should not be.

Will add that to the list, Al volunteered to help in the A/V side of things and I will be providing the same flat screen/dvd used last year, all we need is dvd's approved by the censors.

    Cheers, A.
