Noobie Ride Pics and Thank You

I was probably the luckiest guy there, being able to ride with my two adult sons. Many thanks to the organizers. I stretched my C level riding a bit more, met similar- minded folks, and rediscovered another part of my misspent youth. I even managed to nail a mowich on the way home, but I can't find the caliber for a F800 in the Hunting Regs. Thanks so much to those folks who spend the time behind the scenes making these rides what they are. They are truly unsung heroes in my view.

    Mowich Hunting with F800GS

"It was a dark and stormy night"...and I thought my driving lights would help, and they did...as long as the road is straight and flat. Coming over a rise, I had no choice but to "lane-split" a couple of coastal blacktails wandering down my road..broken beak, torn off pannier and a bent skid plate. Cougars are happy for the meal..
