I've made so many attempts to post on this site but I guess I'm destined to always be in moderation hell.
Already paid my money for the Orca Run for my girlfriend and I so I guess I wont waste it and will be there this weekend but I doubt I'll be a participating member of DualSportBC going forward as nothing I post ever gets seen by anyone.

davidhowell, don't give up. "test your posts" isn't a subforum that gets read by others. It's as it states "test your posts". Not sure if you're up to speed posting pictures, rather than clutter up a thread with an experiment try it here, etc, etc. Your post in the Orca thread showed up fine but really didn't warrant a response as such. New to forums in general perhaps? Hang in there, don't give up! Oh yeah, WELCOME to DSBC.

David, you give up to quickly, I noticed that all your posts that were being moderated where made yesterday. How big a paid staff do you think we are running here? The answer is ZERO. Everyone here does what they can when they can and I think they do a pretty good job with the budget they are given to work with. Now that you have this information I hope you will be a little more understanding.

The only reason my posts are now showing up is because my girlfriend msg'd a mod and an admin last night asking what was going on with my account and why I could never post anything. She and I both joined within a couple days of each other and she never had any problems with her account or posts. I had actually attempted to create a thread back when I first joined to say hi and was informed with a message that I didnt have permission to do so.
The only reason that I was frustrated and attempting to participate here is because I was going to go over for the Orca Run this weekend and would have liked to make a few posts to say hi and whatnot.
